"Teggs to Shutlingsloe and back"


First full week back on the track including 6 x 800m (30 seconds recovery)! makes me realize there is a lot of work to do before the start of the season. But the highlight of the week was a great eleven miler from teggs Nose to Shutlingsloe and back over Piggford Moor. late afternoon with the light fading and not a soul in site for over an hour and a half. Perfect!
