“A Good Day & Heaton Park”

Dryish January return to Heaton Park for the Manchester XC League and with such good conditions I managed to finish the 6.1m in 52.09, compared To 54.00 in 2017 and 55.21 in 2016, and the fastest time since 2011.

“Cheshire XC Championships- Birchwood”

A much quicker than normal championship run over a much less boggy and heavy Birchwood Park than normal.
