"Boxing Day Handicap"

Fantastic sunny and mild weather for the annual hilly four miler round Macclesfield Forest. Setting a target time of 33.03 I got it spectacularly wrong with a 31.09 Must be fitter than I thought as I was definitely not going at full tilt.
