First time running this race. With perfect and very mild weather I managed the seven mile circuit of Lyme Park taking in The  Bowstones and The Cage in a reasonable 66.53.

"CAFOD Fun Run 2016"

Great family morning at the CAFOD fun run. On tired legs from the Boxing Day handicap I managed the four and a half miles in 35.19 ( 7.57 pace)

"Boxing Day Handicap"

Fantastic sunny and mild weather for the annual hilly four miler round Macclesfield Forest. Setting a target time of 33.03 I got it spectacularly wrong with a 31.09 Must be fitter than I thought as I was definitely not going at full tilt.

Great run at this year's handicap. Unfortunately the auto pause on my garmin made it look like I was much quicker when my time was actualy 3.04.15 but still a minute up on last year!
