I have just back from running the Congleton Half with the emphasis on "run"
not race,and am really happy to have got a 1.43 without a watch to give
me any idea of how I was doing! I also feel reasonably fresh which was what I
was hoping for. Even with a steady/easy run, the near vertical climb at
mile 12 (the Sting) was still painful!
