On a cool blustery afternoon and following an easy 3,000m warm up in13.03 I regained the V55 800m record with a 2.26.7. Very chuffed!

"Back at the Wizard 5"
It was a warm dry night for my first Wizard race since 2014. In a warm, dry night, I'm happy with 39.29, a half minute improvement on the last race.
