A misty but very warm Saturday afternoon for Round 2 of the North Staffs XC league at Parkhall. On a shorter 7k course I was happy with a 36.30 time.

First xc of the season on a rainy afternoon in Winsford. On a shortened 8k course I was delighted with a 39.37, averaging eight minute miles.
