After thirty three years  of running this short but painful race it was another PW in 29.27!

"Bollington Three Peaks"

The third race of the week and the opener to the Bollington Festival. Again it was slower than last year at 1.00.57 but the bigger field meant that the gates and stiles meant more stopping & resting!

"Mow Cop Killer Mile"

The day after the Rainow 5 and the short torment (or in this instance less than short torment!) meant a PW of 12.09.

My favourite mid week race of the year and although I only finished in 49.46 it really felt as if I was going well!

"Escape From The Office"

 

Early Friday finish in the office and work seems a million miles away after a couple of hours in the hills with not another human being in sight!
