- to complete the marathon talk jantastic spring event
- to enter some staffordshire moorlands races
- quality hill and speedwork sessions
- cross train including bike and swim
- more miles and new races
- stretch and remain injury free
- project 142 - to drop to this weight from 152lbs
- put running first
- pb in the cooper 12 minute endurance test (currently 2985 metres from 20th february 2007)
