“Alsager 5 2019 .... To The Second!”
A very cold but sunny and still morning for the annual one of two road races for the year. Managing to stay at a steady 7.30 miling I finished in 37.47, the exact same time as last year, according to my watch!

“Dunham Massey Super Sprint Duathlon No 2”
A slightly shortened course but incredible side ways gusts of wind made for hard work on the bike. Better second run but need to get stronger on the bike.
