"Losehill"
First time venturing out on the hills after the broken wrist. An easy early morning run up Losehill with great views across to Mam Tor from Losehill House Hotel.

"Back On The Road"
Six weeks on and it's time to do some easy running and not so easy spinning sessions!

"Another Fracture!"
Sat 21st - 11:00am - Mount Famine - five miles and some
steep climbs up and around Mount Famine and South Head.
Once again the rain stayed away for most runners and most made it back
in one piece. Commiserations to the runner who sustained a break for the
second year running! Alasdair Campbell was first back again and Steph
Curtis was first woman. Thanks, as usual, to Mark and his team for
organising.

"Shining Tor Fell Race"
A return to this great mid week race. Starting at Errwood Reservoir on a more chilly evening than of late, the race climbs up to Shining Tor, Cats Tor , Pym's Chair and then fast descent to the finish.
6.28 miles in 1.01.55 and 11 seconds slower than 2015!

"Bollington Three Peaks"
A very hot day for one of my favourite races and with beer and chilli for all finishers. It was great to see Matt and Lucy at White Nancy to take my photograph!
Five and a half miles around Bollington's main "peaks" in 1.00.18 and 40seconds quicker than 2014.
